PTCL Helpline the worst help line where if you got stuck then no one even Father of PTCL Chairman Mr. Walid can solve that issue.

Mr. Walid this is exactly right your lower level team is so much corrupted and lazy that you can’t solve any issue if you are not able to give them so called service charges, And if you got complaint # from helpline then your issue will resolved within … sometime 1year (as in my case).

I ask PTCL to upgrade my package on June 2008 and now in may 2009 my ticket is still pending :)

Above all there is no team who can check such issues when your helpline is not giving support.

Support levels which i experienced:

-Password change request will take more then 2 days! (hay naa funny aab too fazool tarin developer bhii 5 sec main password  change kerwa lata hay kisi application ky lyaa).

-Broadband link up gradation. (Never ever think about this if you link is running, you will not able to get speed)

-Restoration of numbers (hmm billing dept. pakra gya na bachoo, aab too masla nahin solve hoo gaa, laga phairay lagaa…) check this link :http://albaasit.blogspot.com/2009/04/ptcl-again-is-there-permanent-solution.html

Aik too Awam Qasam khaa lay rishwat (service charges) nahin daniii.

2ndly create blog on BlogSpot.com and publish your story there, and don't delete until you receive any letter from PTCL Higher Management.
