For those of you complaining about Google+ blocking pseudonyms and such...
1) Edit your Profile
2) Down at the bottom look for the field labeled "Other Names"
3) Enter your pen name / pseudonym down at the bottom
4) Make sure it's marked as public - this will index it along with the rest of your info on Google's Search
